(Don't forget to check the box) I will be responsible for all costs outside of the rental. Some costs include but not limited to, catering, photographers, extra props, etc. I will let The E Co know of any additional items I am bringing prior to arrival. I will assume all responsibility for anyone who enters the studio under my rental time. The E Co is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur in the studio and I am aware that The E Co has suggested liability insurance for themselves, guests, clients. I will clean up the studio prior to leaving. I will make sure anyone under the age of 18 is accompanied by an adult. I will not eat or drink on any of the furniture in the studio, or let anyone who is with me during my studio time do so. I will notify The E Co of any cancellations within 24 hours of my scheduled booking.
