1. Respectful Environment: We uphold a respectful atmosphere. Please treat all property with the upmost respect and care during your time of usage.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy:​

   • Cancellation: 24 Hours notice is required for cancelations. Credits will be given to booked cancelations, NO Refunds will be advanced out!

3. Pet Policy: 

   • Due to leasing, we request that no pets are brought onto the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests.​

4. Studio Etiquette:

   • Cleanliness: Please leave the studio space clean and tidy after use. Dispose of trash in designated bins.

   • Arrival/Departure: Proper arrival time and departure time in a must. Should you or a client arrive before designated time, you will be subjected an additional time fee.

5. Photography Guidelines:

   • Equipment Use: Use of personal photography equipment is allowed. Use of The E Company's equipment is allowed, client is subjected to a fee for any breakage or damaged property while under their care. 

6. Alcohol and Smoking Policy:

   • Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises unless approved for special events.

   • Smoking: Our studio is smoke-free indoors. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas if needed.

7. Safety and Liability:

   • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings secure.

   • Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on our premise

8. ​Feedback and Suggestions:

   • We value your feedback! Please share any suggestions or concerns with us to help us improve our services. Also look into our Content Program for those interested in gaining extra time in the studio.

By using the studio facilities, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in restrictions or removal from the premises. Please sign waiver prior to booking.
